Lightweight yet robust construction

Built with a rugged polymer deck that's lightweight, rust-proof, and double-layered for additional stability, the RMA 453 PV is also UV resistant for long-lasting durability. With a generous 51 cm / 20" cutting width and single-point height adjustment (20–100 mm), you'll achieve excellent coverage and adaptability across different grass conditions.

Smart battery system for extended runtime

Part of STIHL's AP System range, the RMA 453 PV is powered by interchangeable AP 300 S batteries that work across the entire tool range. The sequential battery discharge feature provides automatic switchover – when one battery runs out, the mower seamlessly switches to the next. On a full charge with one AP 300 S battery you'll mow lawns up to 450 m², extending to 900 m² with two batteries.

Four versatile mowing modes

Adapt to any task with four cutting options (always refer to your owner's manual before switching modes):

• Cut & collect – attach the grass catcher for tidy collection
• Cut & drop – remove the catcher to leave clippings on the lawn
• Side discharge – use the integrated deck flap for rapid dispersal
• Mulch – add the multi-blade and mulching attachment for fine nutrient recycling

Intelligent control and comfort features

The built-in electronic interface on the mono-handlebar displays essential information including battery charge level, and lets you switch between mowing modes and adjust motor speed levels. The ergonomic handlebar provides easy access to the 55-litre grass catcher box for effortless removal and emptying, while the fill level indicator shows exactly when it's time to empty. The catcher box opens fully for quick disposal.

Height-adjustable and foldable for space-saving storage, the sturdy mono-handlebar is backed by a 10-year domestic warranty for complete peace of mind.
