The Mountfield 1530H is a hydrostatic garden tractor compact enough to pass through a standard garden gate, yet capable of handling lawns up to 1 acre. Powered by a STIGA ST 450 432cc petrol engine with hydrostatic transmission, speed and direction are controlled by foot pedal – no gear changes required.
The 84cm twin-blade cutting deck covers ground efficiently, with 7 cutting height positions ranging from 25–80mm adjusted by lever. The 240-litre rear grass collector can be emptied from the seat without stopping the mowing session. A mulching plug is included if you prefer to return finely chopped clippings to the lawn as a natural fertiliser.
Deck cleaning is straightforward: connect a hose to the deck nozzle, turn on the water, and engage the blades. A mulching plug and towing hitch are included as standard. Battery charger is available to purchase separately. Backed by a 5-year extended warranty (T&Cs apply).
