The Kress EyePilot® 4×4 RTKⁿ KR280E is a robotic lawn mower built for demanding terrain. RTKⁿ satellite positioning combined with vision-based awareness delivers stable, accurate navigation across complex garden environments without the need for additional boundary hardware.
A four-motor drivetrain with real-time torque control maintains traction and direction on slopes up to 84% (≈40°). Independent axles and an articulated body keep all four wheels in contact with the ground, maintaining a consistent cutting plane across uneven surfaces. Front-wheel steering enables smooth turns without turf damage, and 6 cm vertical obstacle clearance allows confident handling of raised edges and surface transitions.
RTKⁿ correction is transmitted over the air and supported by a redundant positioning architecture, maintaining accuracy even when satellite signals are temporarily degraded. Connectivity is maintained via Wi-Fi or integrated 4G – ensuring reliable operation even where wireless coverage is limited. An embedded SIM and active data service are included with no additional fees.
