The iMOW® 7 EVO is part of the latest generation of STIHL robotic mowers, designed to automatically maintain home gardens up to 5,000 m² and handle gradients up to 45%. Powered by a high-performance lithium-ion battery, it delivers efficient, continuous operation over extended periods — giving you a beautiful green lawn without lifting a finger.
Complete control via the MY iMOW® app
Control all functions through the MY iMOW® app, including sending the mower out to cut, returning it to the dock, adjusting mowing schedules, changing cutting height and checking status. The iMOW® EVO features mobile connectivity, allowing you to control it remotely even when you're away from home. It also connects via home WiFi or Bluetooth when nearby.
Simple installation with guided setup
Installation involves laying or burying a thin perimeter wire around your lawn's edge and obstacles like shrubs, trees, flower beds or water features. A second wire in the centre guides the iMOW® back to charge. Sensors detect objects in the mowing area, causing the mower to slow down, gently bump and redirect. Install it yourself using the MY iMOW® app's guided instructions, or watch our installation playlist. You'll need the appropriate installation kit (sold separately) for your garden size. For complex gardens with multiple mowing plans, we offer professional installation services.
Precision cutting with mulching technology
Fitted with 3 free-swinging, extra-sharp blades that rotate after each stop for extended life, the iMOW® delivers a clean cut every time. As a mulching mower, it cuts grass into fine clippings that drop back into the lawn, acting as natural, nutrient-rich fertiliser. Because it cuts little and often, clippings decompose quickly — leaving no trace except a well-nourished, lush green lawn. No grass catcher to empty!
Flexible scheduling and weather-smart operation
Build a dynamic mowing plan tailored to your needs and schedule mowing at convenient times. The iMOW® operates so quietly you can relax in your garden while it works. Rain sensors detect wet conditions, letting you choose whether to continue mowing or reschedule. The intuitive software handles charging automatically — when finished, the iMOW® returns to its weatherproof docking station and charges itself, ready for the next session.
Security features and theft protection
If the robotic mower is lifted, it triggers an alarm that switches off automatically when set down. The iMOW® EVO disables its control functions if removed from its defined home area, providing theft protection.
Easy status checks and manual control
Press the info button on the control panel and the iMOW® will speak to you, announcing the next mowing session. Use the buttons to send it home, out to mow or lock it without opening the app. The LED matrix display shows current status, such as spinning blades when mowing or a padlock when locked in the dock.
Security updates and safety information
The iMOW® receives security updates for at least 24 months after purchase.
Please be aware that the iMOW® robotic mower is not a toy. Children and small animals must be kept away from the mowing area when it is operating. Ensure the mowing area is clear of small objects such as footballs and toys. For further safety information, please read the instruction manual.
