The STIGA A 25v is a wire-free robotic lawn mower designed for mid-sized gardens up to 2,500 m², managing up to 30 cutting zones and handling slopes up to 45% (24°). Setup requires no cables, antennas, or additional tools – place the charging station, download the STIGA.GO app (Red Dot award winner), and the mower is ready to work.
Once installed, the A 25v operates fully autonomously. Intelligent GPS-RTK navigation with AGS technology plans efficient mowing paths, optimises energy use by adjusting cutting height and speed, selects the shortest routes, manages transitions between zones, and resumes exactly where it left off after charging – ensuring no area is missed. Customisable mowing angles and directions allow for stripes, grid patterns, or angled effects tailored to your garden layout. Daily mulching nourishes the lawn from the first session, producing a softer, greener, and stronger turf over time. Accurate perimeter management delivers edge-to-edge cutting, and the robot turns gently to leave no marks on the lawn.
Navigation is handled by an advanced AI camera system that recognises all lawn colours and shapes in real time, distinguishing grass from surrounding surfaces with precision. A High Dynamic Range sensor delivers enhanced image quality across a wide range of brightness and colour. A global shutter captures fast movement without distortion, ensuring reliable detection while the mower is in motion. The camera is housed in a robust aluminium body for heat dissipation and durability, with specialist glass for additional protection. The camera adapts automatically to changing light conditions, with a front LED activating when needed. It can also be switched off in selected areas via the app.
