The Greenworks 48V 46cm is a self-propelled cordless lawn mower built for larger gardens up to 480 m². Two 24V 4Ah lithium-ion batteries combine in series to deliver 48V brushless motor performance — more power and longer runtime than brushed equivalents, with less noise and lower environmental impact than petrol. Variable drive speed from 0.7 to 1.3 m/s is controlled from the handlebar, letting you adjust pace to suit the terrain; releasing the self-propel lever disengages the drive instantly.

A 46 cm steel cutting deck covers ground efficiently. Three cutting modes give you full flexibility: mulch clippings back into the lawn to return nutrients, side discharge, or collect in the 55-litre grass bag. Seven cutting heights from 25 mm to 80 mm are centrally adjusted to suit the conditions.

The lower handle adjusts to one of three height positions before mowing. After use, remove the grass collector, fold the handle, and stand the mower on end — a dedicated storage switch prevents startup in this position. Push-button starting, zero emissions, and no fuel or pull cord make it a straightforward, low-maintenance machine to own.

Important: Both batteries must be installed for the 48V system to operate. Compatible batteries are limited to the Greenworks BAG-series 24V range (e.g. G24B4, G24B2). Dual-voltage 24/48V batteries must not be used with this mower.
