Other autonomous mowers may lose signal or be affected by obstacles in built-up areas, meaning you would have to intervene to have them getting the job finished. But STIGA A 1500 autonomous robot mower can predict the GPS signal quality at different times of day and intelligently plans ahead to ensure it can mow uninterrupted when the signal is strongest. STIGA A 1500 knows exactly when, where and how to cut your grass to keep your lawn healthy - and give you and your family time to enjoy your garden.
The installation is fully virtual, meaning the working perimeter can be set through the app - ask us for advice for the first installation. If your garden layout should change, you will simply need to open the STIGA.GO App, and teach your STIGA A 1500 the new details - all via the App.
Equipped with our long-lasting STIGA ePower battery, the STIGA A 1500 can reliably cut up to a 1500 sqm lawn in just two cutting sessions a day. The next session will always start where the previous one stopped, so the robot can care for the whole surface by cutting different zones every day. To preserve lawn's health we reccomend scheduling just 2 cutting sessions a day; however, the scheduling is fully flexible.
Excellent sound insulation keeps motor noise within the autonomous robot mower's outer shell. Or for days when you've got people over for a party, you can use the app's stay-away setting to tell the robotic lawn mower what areas to avoid at what times.
When it comes to maintenance and cleaning, the sturdy outer shell can easily be removed without tools and it's also safe to clean with a garden hose. A 750 hours connectivity pack (to be used by one year) is included with the robot, allowing it to work and connect. After having used the included connectivity pack, the user will have to purchase working hours separately.
**The technology of the robot is based on data communication between the STIGA Cloud and the robot itself. The subscription fee is mandatory for STIGA A 1500 to work and depends on the amount of data required.
